US 41/SR 45/Land O’ Lakes Boulevard from Ehren Cutoff to Tower Road, Pasco County, FDOT District 7
This project was designed to enhance safety and mobility while accommodating all modes of transportation. It involved milling and resurfacing, adding new sidewalks/trail on both sides, bringing ADA features into conformance with current standards, and general safety modification work for 0.88 miles. The northbound merge was shifted south, out of the curve, to improve safety at the location of several crashes. Additionally, safety for Land O’ Lakes High School students was enhanced by extending the sidewalk to connect to the school property.
