Flexible work schedules/peak-hour flex-time – FDA offers a flexible workday schedule and a flexible in-office/work from home alternative. Employees have the option of working 2 to 3 days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely. The flexible workday schedule allows employees to choose their begin and end time for their workday and gives them a choice of a 4.5 day work week or a 5 day work week.
